Return & Cancellation Policy

1. APPLICABILITY OF POLICY 
By purchasing products on nobiylifestyle.com, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from transacting on nobiylifestyle.com. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without any given intimation. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website. We advise reviewing this policy periodically to stay informed of any updates. 

2. RETURNS 
We offer returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. Once your return request is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email, and our logistics partner will attempt to pick up the product up to three times. If the pickup is unsuccessful, you will be responsible for returning the product to our warehouse. Please note that reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your area. Once the product is received at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check (QC). If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. 

3. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS 
You may request a return if: 

  • The product does not fit. 
  • The product and/or shipping package is damaged on receipt.
  • The product is defective. 
  • Parts of the product or accessories are missing.

4. RETURN CONDITIONS 
To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following conditions: 

  • It must not been worn, cleaned, or tampered with. 
  • All brand tags, original packaging, and accompanying accessories are intact as is. 
  • The product is not altered unless proven to be a vendor defect. 
  • The return is initiated for the original order and matches our records. 
  • There are no foul odour, stains, dents, scratches, tears, or other damage. 
  • Products purchased as a set must be returned as a complete set. 
  • The product is unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in a saleable condition. 
  • The product has not been rendered defective or unusable. 

Returns are facilitated through our reverse-logistics partners. Once a return request is submitted on nobiylifestyle.com and acknowledged by us, our logistics partner will contact you to arrange the pickup. We reserve the right to reject a return request if the product does not meet the conditions specified above. 

5. CANCELLATIONS 

  • Order cancellation is only possible before dispatch from our warehouse. 
  • All prepaid orders are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded once shipped.
