Returns Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Once your return request is approved, our courier will attempt pickup up to three times. If pickup fails, you'll need to send the item back to our warehouse yourself.

After we receive the product, it will go through a quality check. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Returns are allowed if the item doesn’t fit, is defective or damaged, or if parts/accessories are missing. All returned products must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Sets must be returned in full.

Return Conditions

Returns will be rejected if the product is worn, washed, altered, has stains, odor, damage, or is incomplete. Reverse pickup depends on service availability in your area.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once a prepaid order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
